Cancellation Policy

# 15 to 29 days prior to arrival date, 50% retention of deposit.
# Less than 14 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the deposit.
# Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
# No refund for unexpected early departures.


Payment Terms


50% of the total bill will be in advance and balance will be settled by or before the time of check-out.
Any payments received by credit card will be charged at 2% surcharge.
